60-minute: $136.99 (includes credit processing fees)

We understand that the cost of therapy can be a barrier to accessing mental health services. While our pricing reflects a fair rate for the expertise and experience we offer, we believe everyone deserves to thrive. If finances are a concern, please reach out to us to discuss potential options — we are here to support you.

Insurance

We currently accept the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (in NJ)

• Carelon Behavioral Health

• Quest Behavioral Health

We are still working on getting approved with a few other insurance companies, including two Medicare plans, so check back for updates!

If you plan to use insurance, please be aware that most insurance companies require a formal diagnosis. While a diagnosis can be beneficial in some cases, we believe that counseling can be valuable for everyone, regardless of whether a diagnosis is necessary.

Payment

All billing is done through Headway regardless of insurance status.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we get it. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the session.

Headway is our secure client portal designed to streamline your counseling experience. Through Headway, you’ll create a client profile where you can easily enter your insurance and payment information. It also serves as a one-stop shop for managing your appointments—this is where we schedule your sessions, and you’ll receive video conferencing links for virtual appointments. With Headway, everything you need for your sessions is in one convenient place!

All clients are required to create a Headway account before their first counseling session. Completing your account ensures a smooth scheduling and billing process. If your account is not set up in advance, we will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
