Resilience to Thrive Counseling and Consulting is a virtual private practice specializing in the treatment of individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We also support family members affected by a loved one’s addiction, helping them set boundaries and heal. We recognize the complexity of these challenges and are committed to creating a safe, supportive space for recovery, healing, and long-term growth.
While addiction is our primary focus, we also work with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, low self-esteem, and stress. Our client-centered approach provides a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
Resilience to Thrive is owned and operated by sisters Rebecka Green and Victoria Nagel, who share a deep commitment to helping others live more fulfilling, balanced lives. Rebecka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist. Victoria is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Together, they bring a warm, collaborative energy rooted in their sisterhood and shared professional values.
In addition to counseling services, Resilience to Thrive also offers clinical supervision and case consultation. Both Rebecka and Victoria hold all the necessary credentials to provide supervision for Licensed Social Work (LSW), Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC), and Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC) Interns in the state of New Jersey.
